All real estate services are performed exclusively by licensed real estate agents.

3. Referral Fees

We may receive a referral fee from the real estate agent if you choose to engage their services.

This fee is paid by the agent

It does not increase the commission or fees you pay

It helps us operate our referral platform at no cost to you

You acknowledge and consent to this arrangement by using our service.

4. Client Information & Matching

When you submit your details through our website or platform:

You authorise us to share your information with one or more licensed real estate agents

You understand that the agent will contact you directly

You acknowledge that the agent is solely responsible for the services they provide

We do not guarantee outcomes, performance, or results from any agent.

5. No Liability for Agent Services

We are not responsible for:

The conduct, performance, or advice of any agent

Fees, commissions, or charges set by agents

Any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your engagement with an agent

Your relationship with the agent is separate and governed by their own agreements and legal obligations.

You will notify us if your circumstances change

We may decline to refer a client at our discretion
